Volunteers Needed for the Contemporary Urban Centre NW, Liverpool Art Prize

Volunteers Needed for the Contemporary Urban Centre NW.
Opening with the Liverpool Art Prize 2008 exhibition on Feb 28
and the Hawkins & Co exhibition on March 6, volunteer staff are urgently
required for invigilating and possibly other duties.

The CUC - North West is a phenomenal building that offers an extensive range of facilities that provide businesses and the general public alike a venue in Liverpool to be truly proud of. It has been developed over a period of seven years, in a close partnership with local community groups and the city.

The venue covers 170,000 sq feet within a Grade 2 listed converted warehouse in a prominent location close to the city centre. It lies within an area of Liverpool increasingly labelled the 'Independent Arts Quarter' and is a major regeneration catalyst for the area.
