THINK Lecture Series

Culture Northwest sponsors 'THINK' lecture series for third year running

University of Liverpool inaugural lectures series 2007/8: November 2007 to March 2008

Culture Northwest is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the University of Liverpool's 'THINK' lecture series for the third successive year.

The lectures will be delivered by Professors recently appointed to Endowed Chairs in the University, and will take place from 5.30pm in venues across the campus between Monday 26th November 2007 and Tuesday 11th March 2008.

Topics this year range from animals and culture in the Middle Ages, tradition and modernity in Japanese architecture and even include Professor Elizabeth Ettorre's journey through 'good time' sociology.

Culture Northwest are once again delighted to support this quirky range of topics, which will add to Liverpool’s great year as Capital of Culture throughout 2008.

The lectures are free of charge and booking is not necessary.
