Business Connect Update

Hello,

Welcome to the 2nd ebulletin. We saw an amazing increase in website hits last week: visits more than trebled! And our membership is still growing, so make sure your profile is up to date for all the new visitors. This week's highlights include:

Trading Floor
The Trading Floor has opportunities from the famous Parr Street Studios looking for a free thinker with a modern approach to 'lift their lift'! And Liverpool City Council is tendering for equipment hire to use at the Christmas Lights Switch On.

Forums
Member ‘Ripples on the Mersey’ is offering free business advice in the Free Services forum on the Member Promotions thread. Can you benefit from their help, contribute to their thread, or have you got an offer you can make? Visit the new streamlined forums.

Events
The next City Leaders' Business Breakfast will be held on 31st October at St. George's Hall. Invitations will be emailed out to all members on Friday. This month, we have Warren Bradley, Colin Hilton and the Lord Mayor Paul Clark on the panel.

Expert Views
Debbie Thompson Head of Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank’s Merseyside Business Centre gives advice on how to plan for business growth, using her knowledge of what banks are looking for in a business plan.
