Provide general office support and assistance for the project manager
General office duties including answering the phone, filing, mail outs, ordering stationary, booking meetings, rooms, trainers.
Managing Project Managers diary time.
Research – gathering on telephone, internet etc
Gathering clear information
Producing short reports
Updating & maintaining data base
Please note all trainees must be from the North West region. The trainees will be paid on an hourly rate at £5.35 an hour.
