Trainees for ITV Granada - Admin/ researcher

Essential skills

Self motivated, able to use own initiative
Need to have a good telephone manner
Need to be able to work independently
Good research and organisational skills necessary
Need to be organised and thorough
Computer skills – outlook, internet explorer, word, excel
Excellent communication n skills

In the office

Provide general office support and assistance for the project manager
General office duties including answering the phone, filing, mail outs, ordering stationary, booking meetings, rooms, trainers.
Managing Project Managers diary time.
Research – gathering on telephone, internet etc
Gathering clear information
Dissecting information
Producing short reports
Updating & maintaining data base

Please note all trainees must be from the North West region. The trainees will be paid on an hourly rate at £5.35 an hour.
